2. Open the sample edition to explore the features.
3. Open the blank edition and add your pets.
4. Export a JSON backup regularly, especially before moving the file or changing devices.

IMPORTANT STORAGE NOTE
Records are stored in the browser on the device where the app is used. They do not automatically sync between devices. Clearing browser data can remove records. Use the included JSON Export button to make regular backups.
